Ethan is a passionate UX/UI designer rooted in Sydney, Australia with a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience and product design expertise. In his first role at Brick Road, Ethan has been instrumental in delivering intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various applications. With his knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for design, he made complex processes user-friendly, which significantly improved user experience and drove business objectives.

Driven by the principle of continuous learning, Ethan took a deep dive into the world of UX design and agile methodologies. Despite working in a startup environment where traditional UX processes were not always followed, Ethan adapted to these constraints and honed his skills in an agile, fast-paced setting. This experience has made him adept at working under pressure, wearing multiple hats, and communicating effectively with diverse teams.

Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Design Computing with the University of Sydney, giving him a solid foundation to understand the technical intricacies of product design. He balances his analytical skills with creative flair, always pushing the boundaries of design to create engaging and impactful user experiences.

Outside the world of design, you’ll find Ethan trying out different ramen spots around Sydney (RaRa Ramen is currently his favourite) or reading non-fiction books. You can also meet him every morning at his local gym - which would be weird - but he’ll be there nonetheless. 

With his strong combination of technical expertise, design skills, and problem-solving abilities, Ethan is well-equipped to take on challenging design projects and is excited to contribute to a team that values user-centric design. He is a firm believer in the power of good design to simplify complex processes and make users' lives easier and more enjoyable. Ethan is eager to bring this belief to his next role, along with his collaborative spirit and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results.
